Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both domestic and commercial settings, including office spaces and Airbnb properties. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming designated areas in homes, offices, and Airbnb properties.

- Ensure all restrooms and kitchens are cleaned, stocked with necessary supplies, and maintained to a high standard.

- Maintain cleanliness in communal areas, meeting rooms, and lounges in office environments.

- Provide deep cleaning for Airbnb properties, ensuring that all rooms are guest-ready, including changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and refreshing supplies.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.

- Follow established cleaning protocols, health, and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests from homeowners, office staff, or Airbnb guests in a friendly and timely manner.

- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments, including residential, office, and Airbnb properties.

Experience 

- Previous experience in a domestic, office, or Airbnb cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. 

- Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with team members, clients, and guests. 

- A valid driver's license is advantageous for those required to travel between locations. 

- A customer service-oriented mindset is essential to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided. 

- Experience with Airbnb property turnover cleaning is a plus but not required.
